Every week, we get to meet the most amazing people as they walk through the doors at Obsidian and from our perspective, we feel privileged to share guest’s journeys with them.
From the “front of the room” and the “coaching chair” when we do our sessions and classes, it is sometimes difficult to see what impact the new information we deliver to everyone really has. However, what we do notice, week after week, is that when people take time out to put themselves first, beautiful changes take place – not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually – the foundation upon which we believe all health is built.
